Of course, Medium could find out what people think about comments/responses if they just read what people wrote about comments/responses on Medium! People like to complain, you know. On Medium they often do it in writing.

Of course, to find all the screeds written about comments they would need a reliable way to SEARCH Medium articles. That’s a different problem.
