You and I are wood dragons. This is the year of our rebirth, because we have completed THE WHOLE FUCKING CYCLE, MAN.

The elders are not a test or a punishment. They are the final obligation. They are what stands between us and the freedom to become a cartoon of ourselves.

My father passed. I have re-Catholicized recently. I don't believe any of it but I know all of it to be true. I confessed to a priest that, essentially, I could have been a lot better to my dad. He said, "You can still pray for him." It was so simple. I now pray at night like I did when I was ten. I even put my hands together. Me and my ten year old self are one in the same. Neither of us knows what to do, but for very different reasons. We both find solace in what we've been told to do, but for very different reasons.
